Here at Azalea City Credit Union, we want to make it as convenient and accessible as possible to keep an eye on your account. Our new E-Alerts makes this possible by sending you periodic e-mails when certain conditions, which you specify, are triggered! Signing up is simple, simply log into your account, and add your e-mail under the “Manage E-Mails” section of your User Profile. Once you’ve added your e-mail, opt-in to our E-Alerts by checking the checkbox. It is also possible to have the alerts sent to your phone via text message. Simply follow the instructions listed on the “Manage E-mails” page to find instructions for your individual cellular provider.

Has your card been lost or stolen? Please call 1-800-528-2273 to report your debit/atm card as lost or stolen. If you’ve lost a Visa credit card through Azalea City Credit Union call 1-800-682-6075.

With our e-statement service, your statements are at your fingertips. All you have to do is log in to your online account access, and under the User Profile Menu select “Manage E-Mails.” Add your email address to the system and be sure to select that you wish to receive e-statements. You’re email may already be listed, in which case simply check that you wish to receive e-staments. In order to view your statements under the “Services” menu select “View Statements.” A list of available statements will be displayed. Adobe Reader is required to view, and print the statements.

We’re proud to offer our online account access service. Using this service you may now access your account via your mobile devices. Our new service is compatible with most phones equipped with internet browsing capabilities. Simply use your browser to navigate to our home page here, and login. Once logged in your will notice a new page with a layout that is much more convenient for mobile devices.
